George Waite MRICS

George is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of expertise in property development and asset management spanning the UK, Europe & Asia Pacific regions. George has a wealth of experience in managing assets in-house on behalf of property companies, family offices and occupiers. Previous experience has also included roles with Colliers and JLL providing development and asset management advice to investors in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Andrew Edwards MRICS

Andrew has a depth of experience in property development across Europe and Middle East. Andrew specializes in Land Acquisition and Development. Andrew has held previous roles in Microsoft’s Land & Development team driving their data centre growth throughout Europe, and worked in the Middle East for 9 years both on the consultancy side with Knight Frank, and client side as a Development Manager for Masdar.
